One of the items shown was this Tim Holtz clock that I have had for a while now and pretty much knew what I wanted to do, but hadn't actually got started until I saw a post by Suzz of Suzz's Stamping Spot and was inspired to get on with it.
The photograph is my grandma as a young woman, probably before she was married.
I began by making some parchment flowers which I coloured with DI. The clock was painted with PaperArtsy Fresco paints.
The background was stamped with an Artistic Stamper watch background.
Finally a parchment frame and butterfly.
I would like to enter this project into the following challenges:-
Artistic Stamper - Ladies Day
Altered Ecletics - Anything Goes
Our Creative Corner - Captured Memories
Vintage Stamping Challenge - Pretty in Pink
Simon Says Stamp - Pin It
Sunday Stampers
What an unusual creation, lovely. xxx
