Autumn Create A Scene

This week's challenge at Make My Monday is to Create a Scene.

My scene was inspired by a couple of photos I took when playing with Bowser the Schnauzer in the paddock.  There is actually a hay wagon in the field behind the barn and there were some butterflies still enjoying the Buddleia Bush.

I masked and stamped around the edges of my card, cut out the aperture and coloured with pro markers.

The scene was stamped onto watercolour paper and painted.
I dribbled alcohol inks onto heat resistant acetate and stamped and cut out the butterfly.
I put a layer of acetate between the card and scene to create a bit more depth.
A pretty ribbon and some glossy accents to finish.
I hope you will join in with our challenge this week and, as always, I look forward to seeing your beautiful entries,
Rosie x
I would like to enter this card into Penny Black and More at Allsorts Challenge - Autumnal Colours

  1. I really like how you have created your scene Rosie and the way we look thought the leafy aperture into the meadow, could also be my back garden as well.

Thanks so much for sharing your lovely card with us at Penny Black and More challenge this month.
