Hydrangeas and Parchment

I will be demonstrating on the Pergamano stand at Hobbycrafts, NEC in March so a lot of my projects are including parchment somewhere at the moment and this is one of them.

I will be entering this into thefollowing challenges;-
Pan Pastels - Happy Birthday
Sunday Stampers - You Raise Me Up - especially as my son has told me he will be singing this in a competition with school
Simon Says Stamp and Show - the stamp you love (but don't use)

I stamped this beautiful Hydrangea image that I never use, probably because it is so big, so this time I cut it down to size.

The background was the same image with Stormy Sky distress and the seam binding was dyed with distress stain.

I began my parchment by pricking out my pattern on a regular grid, embossing and snipping out.

The corner was a Marianne Creatables die which I have coloured and inked.

Some white flowers got the same treatment and some Perfect Pearls to boot.

They were then soaked and scrunched.

A Justrite Stamped greeting, lots of ribbon and buttons and twine and some metal leaves.

I hope you like today's creation.
