Spring Parchment Brooch

This week I have made a Spring Brooch using one of the lovely Crafty Individuals stamps which I stamped onto Linen and coloured with Derwent Inktense Pencils.

I make a parchment oval using a Pergamano Grid and some little parchment roses onto which I added some stickles.
The little pink roses and green leaves are all beads and I finally added some self adhesive pearls.

I am entering this into the following challenges:-

  17. Wow this gorgeous parchment brooch took me back Rosie ! I must have done a Pergamano Class about 18 years ago and whilst I enjoyed it I found that the close pricking work was difficult for me to focus on. Do you still get Tinto inks ? They were like bottles of nail varnish, which contained the most beautiful pearl colours for parchment/vellum.

I love the design of this piece and the stunning florals/pearls.

    Best Wishes
